Hello Guy,
Here it is March 10 and I'm just answering your e-mail message.
I suppose I should begin by telling you I'm completely new to Mac
computers. I've only had this iMac a short time. I didn't even
know that the Mac e-mail program was working. That's how new I
am. I didn't even know the assistant had set up the program for me.
I haven't even gotten into the Airport network yet since I don't
have any network going at present, I just have my Windows computer
connected to the iMac via an ethernet cable. The assistant set this
up for me which I consider quite amazing given the problems I had
connecting computers with Windows XP.
I think I digress a bit but I wanted you to know how "green" I am
with my iMac.
I have two printers connected at present, an Epson R300M and an
Epson C120 that came with the iMac. The R300 M prints fine but
slowly but the C 120 doesn't print at all. Both printers print
pictures well from iPhoto, however. The problem is printing with
both printers from Open Office.
Again, I'm sorry for my delay in responding. I just didn't know
your message or any other was there.
Regards,
Charlie

possible
to use two printers with Open Office? The R300M works just fine but
the Default C 120 just sits there,
I use Open office as the only operating system with my iMac.
Please be kind enough to advise.

Hello Charles,
We have 2 printers in our Airport network, and I can use both to
print from OpenOffice.org.
Both printers are installed in my iMac's System Prefs > Hardware >
print & fax
OOo has no problem proposing me both in the Print dialog (I can
even print double-sided on the printer/photocopier).
Can you be more specific about your problem?
