I can't get to Step 1. Where is the Properties View?
I assume you are talking about the SUN Report Builder here - and I must
admit this makes very little sense, but here you go.
Open the report for editing.
To open the property editor - View > Properties
To set the properties for the report document overall - Edit > Select report
You should see the data tab now.
