1. Which version of which Operating System are you using? 2. Which version of OpenOffice are you trying to install? 3. Exactly which web site did you get it from? Or, if not a web site, where? 4. Are you upgrading from an older version? If so, which version & have you exited all that version's components (Writer, Calc etc.) *and* that version's Quickstarter *before* trying to install the new version? 5.
