Just open it in Calc. Assuming you are using Windows, either a) right click on the file, choose Open With and browse to either soffice.exe or scalc.exe in the folder into which you installed OpenOffice or b) run Calc, do File>Open, choose XLS as the file type to be opened, browse to the folder in which the document is stored, select the document and click Open. -- Harold Fuchs London, England Please reply *only* to [email protected]
