Sorry, I don't understand. You don't need to access any web site to use OpenOffice. It runs on your computer, not on a web site. You don't ebven need to be connetced to the internet to use it. Please explain in considerably more detail *exactly* a) what you are trying to do b) what you have done c) what the results were, specifically including the exact text of any error messages you got.
