Do your changes Under the File menu there is something about Templates, one option is to save as one. There are also an option for managing templates. In there somewhere you can select a template and make it your default template. When this is done, opening a new spreadsheet will also open the default template every time. If you don't want to change your default settings, you can save the template and link to it from an icon on your desktop, for example. Then opening that template will open OpenOffice.org with that template. This way, you can have more than one "default" template, kind of... virtually at least. J.R.
