I have no problem with proprietary software either; I run Opera all the
time, loving it.
However I don't like MS Office, at least not Word 2003. I fought for hours
to make the Index looking exactly like in Writer, but eventually I failed
and gave up. How can I have the text and page numbers in bold but the dots
between them NOT bold? Yes, of course it is possible, but I failed anyway
after several hours, so it is not intuitive, at least not for me. Never
mind, sorry for bringing this up... but as I said, I love Opera. And
SoundForge. And more.
