No. PDF is considered a "read only" format. If you want changes in the
PDF, you change the source document and export again.
I just noticed that Adobe Acrobat 8.0, the free reader, allowed me to
output a pdf file to text. I tested it and it worked.
Confirmed on Win XP Pro. Obviously you lose all the formatting as the
file is saved to .txt
