The version of Open Office is 2.3.1 and the operating system Windows XP. Problem: When I try to insert a picture in "Writer" (Insert - Picture - >From file) the picture does not get inserted. A frame appears with the name and path of the file that I wished to insert. If I right click on the frame and select "Picture" from the Menu a box appears, with under Picture, the correct picture and path. Also under Macro it states "graphic load faulty". I have tried re-installing the whole suit with no effect. How do I get the programme to insert the picture correctly please.
