As far as I know Windows doesn't have a multiple copying clipboard. Windows
has a *single* copying clipboard - every time you copy something it
overwrites whatever was there before. Also as far as I know you can't turn
it off so there is no mechanism for turning it on again. Oh - you can of
course *paste* the same thing from the clipboard as many times as you like -
until you copy something new; is that what you mean?

The "bottom right section" of a Windows desktop is called the "System Tray".
It doesn't provide any clipboard functionality unless you have some third
party software - see below.

Some versions of Microsoft Office have their own clipboard but you'll need
to get support from Microsoft about those. Possibly via its on-line
"Knowledge Base".

There are utilities available from third parties that provide multiple copy
clipboards but if you've got one of those you'll need to get support from
whichver company you got it from.

There is at least one "extension" to OpenOffice that provides extended
clipboard services. Is this what you are talking about? The one I'm aware
of, although I've never used it, is at
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/TextClip
