Sorry, only Publisher can open Publisher files.
Well... almost. Adobe PageMaker has a converter (I have PM6.5) that
imports and converts Publisher files with limitations. Of course, then
it goes from one proprietary format to another. So you still need to dig
it out of PM to get it into OOo. I've found that exporting to html is
generally the best bet.
Please don't ruin a good argument with facts! ;-)
