I am a new user and using Version 2.3 of Open Ofiice.org. When using Writer to
open original WordPad files (generated with MS Wordperfect 12 - Word Mode)
Writer is automatically inserting the number 1, identified as a Chapter heading
counter, infront of the first character in the existing document even though
Chapter is NOT turned on. The only Option in Tools that is enabled, preselected
by Writer, is Spell Check. How can I prevent this from happening to all my
previously created documents? Thanks in advance for the help!
