I purchased the open office 2.3 software about 2 months ago mainly to be able
to open microsoft word documents that I was receiving. This I had not been able
to access because I just have microsoft works on my computer. This software
worked perfect for opening the word documents about 6 weeks or so, now I'm back
to being unable to open them again. I reinstalled the software again using the
repair for lost or missing files etc. thinking my computer may have reset to
default at some time and it still doesn't open the documents. Any advise would
be appreciated. Virginia
