Hi Nicolas,
You can use Openoffice to create/edit html files but if you want
something
more sophisticated I would suggest Kompozer which you can find here:

Hello Nicolas
There are many Web Editors to choose from.
I go to www.download.com and try out the editors
every once and a while.
As for your being 16 years old, I have been hand writing
HTML for more than half of your life. I still prefer to to it
that way, whenever possible, since it makes a smaller file
size, than many of the WYSIWYG programs.
Firefox has some plug-ins that are made for HTML coding and
verification. Also Seamonkey, Mozilla's suite is designed for
web page design.
I still use NoteTab lite for most of my coding, and then use
some other program to help with verification.
Question: Do you work with PHP, Perl, or any other language
that needs an online server to view them, or is everything in HTML,
Javascript, etc. and you can debug it offline?
