Hello Marti, Do you have the automatic file extension activated in the Save As dialog? Does the problem letter have the .doc extension? Without this MS Word or your WIndows system won't recognise it as a Word file. To avoid the 'Replace' question, you can change the filename or the location... Are you sure only Word is accepted as format? Maybe pdf is another solution.
