How do I edit PDF in OO ?
also, my save to PDF does not work!

Hello,
PDF is not conceived as an editable format. Some programs may edit PDF,
but
OpenOffice.org is not one of them. The idea of PDF is to have a file that
is
as if printed, so it's at the end of the line.
Describe what happens when you try to save as PDF (and also tell us which
system and which version of OOo you use).

Why do you need to edit the PDF?
Was it sent to you and you need to change it?
Do you need to copy some text from it and use
it in a document of your own?

What is seems to do is to export the PDF to a DOC
format file so you can edit it.

I have not used this suite of software for several years
