[users] Is OOo release 2.4 also for MacOS10.4 PowerPC?

Yesterday I received the OOo announcement that "2.4 is available for  
immediate download from http://download.openoffice.org.";
But when I go there I am unable to download for MacOS10.4 PowerPC.
Is it excluded from this release?
