There was a gap between your emails of a mere 5 and a half hours. Some of us sleep sometimes. Some of us work and eat and visit friends. Some of us don't know the answer so don't answer. Probably some of us just got out of bed on the wrong side this morning. Moreover, I know that there are those among us who won't answer a question that doesn't have a sensible and informative subject. I am always amazed at the patience of some of the people who answer the questions on this list. All of them/us have other lives. This is a voluntary activity. Speaking personally, I react very adversely to people who are as impatient as you. But you still got a polite answer. As I said, I am constantly amazed at the patience of some of the responders on this list.
