It looks like you have an Extension (.oxt file) which has stopped
working, possibly due to it not being compatible with the new version
of OOo. I Googled "Altsearch OpenOffice" (no quotes): there's a likely
candidate at
"http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/AltSearch".
Try Tools>Extension Manager>My Extensions and then "Remove"ing
that extension, or getting the new 1.1.1 version if that's not the
cause of the problem ;-) The web site gives a contact for the author ...
