That library must have a very slow internet connection. Normally, with
a broadband connection, it shouldn't take much more than several
minutes. A properly downloaded file is over 110 MB, depending on the
version. If your download is less than that, then it wasn't complete.
You can verify the integrity of a downloaded file, by following these
instructions.
