That will select only the appropriate "begin"s and then you can apply formatting however you want. I recommend a character style, so you can tweak the formatting without having to do all that F&R over again.

Alas, see my post 'Writer: "Subscript" character style doesn't work' (no followups so far) about how trying to create a character style for subscripting does not seem to work. (Subscripting+italics might work, I haven't tried.)
