[users] Printing using Mac 10.5 with Leopard

Hi

I have a Lexmark printer.   It prints everything except Openoffice   I 
am on a fairly new IMAC 10.5 with Leopard.    I'm trying to print 
documents in Open office saver in word 97 format.    Just won't do it.   
Printer comes up with _ underscores in between the name.  

Any suggestions gratefully appreciated
