You apparently bought OpalOffice, which is from someone who has charged
you for something you could have obtained for free from
www.openoffice.org. You'll have to contact them, as you did not pay
anyone here for it. We're simply a bunch of OpenOffice users, who
volunteer our time to help others with OpenOffice. Also, OpenOffice
does not included Excel, which is a proprietary application from
Microsoft. It includes Calc, which is comparable to and compatible with
Excel.
