We really need more information to be able to help you. What "old
version" were you using? And what sort of files are missing? Are these
documents you have created or installation files?
In addition (as OOo runs on several platforms - Mac, Linux, etc., as
well as Windows) it would help if you told us what operating system you
were using on your computer.
