[users] Change MS Office files to associate with OpenOffice

When I installed the newest version of OpenOffice, I chose not to associate MS 
Office files with OpenOffice.  I  want to change that to now associate MS 
Office files with OpenOffice.  How do I do that?  I have Vista Ultimate.
