Hello, I am not sure I understood. If you want to insert the page number all you have to do is to activate the footer or header with Insert > footer > page style. Place the cursor in the footer and select Insert > Field > Page Number. If you use a single page style, then it is exactly the same number of operations you have to perform to add page numbers in MS Word.
