Looks like I picked a bad choice of name! They now have Thunderbird and GMail, but that's only because I was there to help. Jews are now celebrating Pesach, and one of the morals of the holiday is that there is a child who does not even know how to ask what he needs. We are to teach him, even if he does not know to ask. Likewise with new OOo users who expect an email client. We need to tell them where to get one, if we are unwilling to provide it ourselves.
