You should install the English version first and then add the Russian language pack. If you let the list know which operating system you use (windows, GNU/linux, mac) we will be able to provide you with the link to the lang pack. With the language pack installed you can select the preferred language for the user interface (menu, dialogs etc) as well as for the spellchecker. You can also run simultaneously a version in Russian and one in English.
