Hello, It is normally not a good idea to send emails to this list from a company account and to include telephone numbers. This is because this email list is archived and visible to everybody. I am not sure what you are trying to do: by default OOo does not insert borders around header or footers. A think grey line is displayed around the header, footer and text areas, but they are not printed. To remove these lines: Tools > Options > Appearance > [deselect the "Text boundaries" checkbox] To create a border for header or footer: Format > Page > Header or footer tab > activate checking the header[footer] on checkmark, then press the button "More..." and adjust the header[footer] borders as desired.
