Well... A good starting point would be reading the error message and
doing what the program asks you to do. :) Are you trying to run the
soffice.bin on a machine not running an X11 / GUI environment? If yes,
you should ensure running OOo with the same user account that runs the
X server. Otherwise, you might check out

though it is basically debian-centric, it does provide a (IMHO)
convenient solution how to deal with this issue. :)
