I noticed that my punctuation was weird (left quote at the base line instead of being at the top of the characters). After checking the options/customization, I found that the language had changed to Czech, for western language,
I corrected it, did not check "for this document only", closed the program, restarted it, checked and found the language changed back to Czech. I checked my time zone to make sure I am not in Europe, no, Los Angeles. I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area, but that's close enough. Help?
