Oh - my - goodness!  I would never in a million  years have guessed that 
those were "boxes" between the entries, they are so narrow!  They just 
look like separators to me, and the time I did check them, I thought the 
"text" balloon applied to the button next to it being a "text" box!  I 
KNEW it was something basic; that's the parts that always byte me! <g>

Thanks much for your clear and concise explanation of the process.  I 
saved it for the next time I forget, which isn't likely to be too soon, 
as embarassed as I feel.
