Really? I am having no such problems. I'm using 10.5.2 on a MBP

It does not allow me to copy and paste from the web or any other source only within Open office itself. I can copy and paste from any where using OpenOffice and my windows 98 computer.
How can I solve this problem? Thank you

I just double-checking my setup, and I can copy from FireFox, and OO 2.4. The formatting was not there, but it did paste.

Which key combo are you using? X11 or the OS X combo?

CTRL-C/V or COMMAND-C/V?

I'm having problems using the keyboard shortcut to switch between input languages.
any suggestions?

Unfortunately, I do not have any suggestions. :-(
