Thank you, thank you, James............. I downloaded the free Power Point viewer, and it works! There is no way I would have known about this if you had not told me. As you no doubt realize, I'm not very computer literate. I have no idea why Mozilla/Firefox inserted itself into my computer, but wondered if it was somehow part of the Open Office download.Anyway, I deleted it. Now that I have PP Viewer, I would like do remove whatever it was from Open Office that I downloaded. Do you see any problems with this? Thank you again.............Sharon
