Version 2.4 was released recently, so if you have an earlier version,
the message is probably correct.
Have a look in Tools-Options-Online Updates and see if you have that
enabled.
Unfortunately an update entails downloading the whole suite, though you
probably don't need to update Java if you have a recent version.
Version 2.4 apparently has fixed some security problems, so is probably
worth the download.
