Might I ask were/how you found that link?

I've tried using the search on OOo, and neither LanguagePacks or
Language Packs turns up the wiki page. And even that page is outdated, as:

2.4.0rc6 is available here:
<http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/openoffice/extended//2.4.0rc6/OOo_2.4.0rc6_20080314_Win32Intel_langpack_el.exe>
[linux versions are on the same:
http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/openoffice/extended//2.4.0rc6/]

The ftp5.gwdg.de link is from:
http://oootranslation.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/
when you uselect the 'extended' directory.

http://el.openoffice.org/
might also be helpful for Julia.
