I have just installed Open Office on Windows Vista Home Premium. All my saved Word documents for some reason are now opened in read-only format.
By using Windows and other programs it shows that the documents are not read-only. I have tried everything but no success. I have never saved my documents in read-only format. Could you please advise. Perhaps it is some setting that must be changed. Thanks Louis Bosch
