since from the beginning of your message it looks like you already
know that [email protected] is a public mailing list where only
volunteers answer when they can, I'll just add a bit of advice:

"Hey" is such a generic subject line that most people, especially on a
high volume list like this, will have surely canceled your message
without even opening it: there is simply too little time to open 100
messages just to find the 3 or 4 where you could help. I did open your
email by _mistake_, I wanted to select _another_ message. The more
descriptive your email subject is, the more likely you are to get a
quick answer from somebody who knows the answer to your specific
problem.

This said, since your problem is:
