Hello Norman, You don't have to pay anything for OpenOffice.org or for support from this users list. You can obtain OpenOffice.org for free from the official website: http://www.openoffice.org There are some individuals and companies out there that propose innocent and poorly informed people to pay for the program, or some disguised version of it. In most cases this is legal according to OOo's licence. If you have financial questions with the company you bought your version from, you need to clear it out with them. This is a users list of people that use OOo and try and help each other. We have nothing to do with this 2008-official.combusiness. So sort out this question with them. If they didn't deliver, there must be means -through PayPal or whatever- to get refunded. You can download OOo for free from the website and come back here with any problems you encounter using it. Success! -- Guy using dutch OOo Aqua Beta 3.0.0 (and older) on a iMac Intel DualCore Tiger and brazilian OOo SRC 680 m241 on an Intel MacBook Pro Leopard -- please reply only to [email protected] -- Dodoes can't afford to have headaches
