I receive an error message when Calc opens a *.csv file.

File info: After the error it opens, and has the following size - Number
of rows = 3596 : Columns = IV
Not imported: Number of rows = 3596 to 12726
Is there a maximum number of rows and columns Calc can handle?
The limit is 65,536 rows and 256 columns per sheet.
I use Calc every day at work to import data spreadsheets from Excel,
many of them larger than 3596 rows.
So something strange is happening.
I suggest you begin by opening your .csv file in a text editor and see
if you can determine what happens in the text at row 3597.
It is possible the .csv file is corrupt and has a long series of line
feeds at that point in the text.
