I created a whole set of templates back in January with OO2.2

Is there anywhere I can grab that from? Or will I have to change them to
some other font? And if so is there a quick way of doing it?

I don’t see how upgrading could remove a font from your hard drive, particularly a font that is not supplied by OpenOffice.org.

But just go into Google and search for ["Bitstream vera" font]. It is a free font family and there are a number of sites out there which supply it or have information on it.

A much expanded version of the Bitstream Vera family is now available under the name “DejaVu”, which you can also search for in Google. Perhaps someone replaced Bitstream Vera on your system with Deja Vu.

In any case, I would recommend using the superior Deja Vu font family and reworking your templates, despite the work involved. The original Bitstream Vera fonts covered a rather small set of Latin characters whereas the DejaVu set based on them is much expanded to cover most of Latin Unicode, Greek Unicode, Cyrillic Unicode, mathematical symbols and so forth.

See http://www.gnome.org/fonts/ and http://sourceforge.net/projects/dejavu .
