You must first install the relevant dictionaries:
File>Wizards>Install New Dictionaries. The you must set the
language for youre document: Tools>Options>language
Settings>Language. Make sure the language you want has a little
blue "abc" and a tick (check mark) next to it; if not then the
dictionary is not installed for that language. You can choose "for
all documents" or "for this document only". If you want to write
multi-lingual documents you can select the langauge for each word,
few words, sentence, paragraph, ... but *only* if you have all the
relevant dictionaries installed. If you do this a lot you must
learn about "Styles" from the documentation & Help text.
