You did not have to pay to obtain OpenOffice. It is a free download
from www.openoffice.org. You paid someone else for what is otherwise
free, so you'll have to contact them about this issue or perhaps obtain
a refund. You might also contact your credit card company to reverse
the charge. To get OpenOffice, at no charge, go to www.openoffice.org.
BTW, you sent your messge to a public email list. It's a bad idea to
included personal information here.
