You are sending your message to a forum of volunteers interested in
discussing OpenOffice.org and in helping others. People respond to such
queries as they believe they can answer. But if you do not type some
meaningful description of you problem in the Subject line at the top of
your query, your request can be easily missed, as appears to have
happened in this case.
I also use OpenOffice.org under Windows Vista Home Premium, and have
encountered no problems, specifically no problem with schtasks.exe such
as you describe.
However if I search on ["schtasks.exe" OpenOffice] in Google I see that
some others have encountered this problem but I don’t see that any
solutions were found. Perhaps now that this notice has a better header
some others who know more about this than I do may see your query and be
able to supply better help.
