If the file is intended for editing by multiple people, then it should
_not_ be edited by OOo by one person, MSO 200X by one person and
possible MSO 200Y by another. Even flip flopping between multiple
versions of MSO garbles the file. Adding OOo to the mix is inviting
trouble. Use Google Docs, get everyone on OOo, or use a text file
instead.
