You can export your Impress presentation to flash & that will run on a browser. Unfortunately, I know of no way to get the sound to embed into the Impress produced flash without further flash modification software. Another possible alternative is the ability to export to html Webcast. I've never done it, but it looks to have some interesting possibilities.
