NO.  This is why "Mail-Followup-To:" exist.

The moderator should set:

    Mail-Followup-To: [email protected], ${moderated_user}

However, I will bounce ANY messages send to me as "Cc:" I have already
problems handling spam and I do not need more...

And as I already have written, nearly each third message I send as Cc:
is bounced by the Receiving mailserver.  So I do not send ANY Cc: with
the exception, the poster REQUEST it.
