Just an aside on the vote comment - unfortunately the Issue tracker
makes you do your own garbage collection.
If you have used a vote on an issue that is now closed you need to
explicitly go back and remove it from that issue so that you can apply
it once again to a new one.
For myself I try to reclaim votes once the issue has moved to being
accepted by and is being actually work ob by a developer. ( not always
the same thing )
