You want PNG32 export instead of PNG24? Do any save/export formats save
a 32bit image? If so you may be able to convert afterwards. If not it
looks like the file save engine is not built for it.

Perhaps SVG support in Inkscape is more in line with what you want. It
also has PNG export (which i have not tested to see if it is PNG32).

You might want to look at and perhaps even make comments about the work going on with the Enhanced Graphics Export extension. Currently it is only doing 24bit also for png, but may support 32 in the future - asking for that now while it is being designed and built might help make that happen.
