Hello Russell,
I already did so, see mails May 14-19th. She did try to follow the
procedure, but subsequently went into sulking lethargia... responding to
mails from this list by sending links.
If only the list administrators could shorten the list life of these poor
creatures (Vero isn't the first, nor will she be the last to get trapped in
this list without seeing a way out).

I guess we will just have to wait and hope some list manager will
eventually realise what is going on.
